Terms:	Please read the terms, and conditions for every sale before bidding. This is a online & onsite auction. The online bidder with the highest bid at the end of the online auction will have their bid used competively during the live auction. You will be required to register before you are given a bidder number. All items are sold "as-is" and in present condition, with no guarantees. Before bidding make sure the photo matches the item description. Buyers are responsible for doing a personal inspection prior to bidding on anything. Items not claimed within the stated time after the auction will be resold as unclaimed property, and fees will be applied to credit card. Please check the location of the items your interested in prior to bidding, the buyer is responsible for picking up. If shipping is available, buyers will have two charges applied to their credit card, one for winning bid, and one for shipping cost. Removal, and inspection terms will be stated for each auction. Statements made day of the sale take precedence over any printed, or on-line material. A 10% buyers premium will be added to all winning bids. Be sure to read terms before bidding. Payment must be made before removal of any winning bids. Titled items will remain with Oldham Auctions, until check clears bank. No bids are allowed to be retracted at anytime. All sales are subject to state tax requirements. Payment must be received within 48 hours after auction, or fees will be applied to credit card.
