Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms, and conditions for every sale before bidding. You will be required to register before you are given a bidder number. All items are sold "as-is" and in present condition, with no guarantees. Before bidding make sure the photo matches the item description. Buyers are responsible for doing a personal inspection prior to bidding on anything. Items not claimed within the stated time after the auction will be resold as unclaimed property, and fees will be applied to credit card. Please check the location of the items your interested in prior to bidding, in most cases the buyer is responsible for picking up. Removal, and inspection terms will be stated for each auction. Statements made day of the sale take precedence over any printed, or on-line material. Some auctions will include a 10% buyers premium, be sure to read terms before bidding. Payment must be made before removal of any winning bids. All sales are subject to state tax requirements.
